I do not offer regularly scheduled public yoga classes, however, I do teach yoga classes on occasion for special groups, organizations, or events. These offerings are customized to meet the specific needs and goals of the group. If you’re interested in a custom offering, please send me a message.

Do you offer yoga classes?

Yoga therapy is a holistic, client-centered approach that uses the tools of yoga (movement, breath, meditation, and mindfulness) to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is tailored to the individual and complements conventional medical and mental health care.

What is yoga therapy?

The easiest way to figure that out is through a discovery call. In thirty minutes we can talk through where you are, what you're looking for, and which offering makes the most sense for your current season. 

How do I know which offering is right for me?

I focus my work on military connected women who want to live well and joyfully,  though it is open to anyone who resonates with this approach.
