Whatever it is, there’s room for it here.
Maybe you're in the middle of a transition and don’t yet know what comes next. Maybe you’ve been holding it all together for so long that you’ve lost touch with what you actually need.
I don’t offer formulas or quick fixes. I offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity and self-trust, supported by someone who has genuinely been in it.
Own Your Resilience is a guide for navigating life’s hardest moments with clarity, self-trust, and intention. Drawn from lived experience, this book offers a different way of understanding resilience, not as something you either have or don’t, but as something you build in the way you meet your life.
Inside, you’ll find practical tools and grounded insight to help you move forward with more clarity, agency, and a deeper trust in yourself.
These workshops offer a guided way to engage with this work in real time and in a space that is grounded, supportive, and intentionally paced. Whether you're navigating transition, working through burnout, or simply feeling the pull to reconnect with yourself, these sessions create room to slow down, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
If you’re looking for support as you move through what you’re navigating, this is a place to begin.
Resilience and joy aren't personal topics. They belong in any room where people are navigating change, pressure, and the weight of showing up day after day. Through keynote speaking and corporate workshops, I bring practical tools and lived experience to organizations and audiences that are ready for a more honest conversation.
I do not offer regularly scheduled public yoga classes, however, I do teach yoga classes on occasion for special groups, organizations, or events. These offerings are customized to meet the specific needs and goals of the group. If you’re interested in a custom offering, please send me a message.
Yoga therapy is a holistic, client-centered approach that uses the tools of yoga (movement, breath, meditation, and mindfulness) to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is tailored to the individual and complements conventional medical and mental health care.
The easiest way to figure that out is through a discovery call. In thirty minutes we can talk through where you are, what you're looking for, and which offering makes the most sense for your current season.
I focus my work on military connected women who want to live well and joyfully, though it is open to anyone who resonates with this approach.
